Less than a year ago, Dallas federal judge Ed Kinkeade inherited the fight over Oculus VR when U.S. District Judge Jorge Solis retired.
Appointed to the bench in 2002 by President George W. Bush, Kinkeade is sometimes described as “folksy.” But one thing is clear from reading the trial transcripts: he’s not what you’d call a big computer guy.
