Stacey Rosenberg, a finance partner at Latham & Watkins in Los Angeles for the past decade, is poised to join Hogan Lovells in the City of Angels.
Rosenberg specializes in debt finance transactions, representing both borrowers and lenders. In the past few years her practice has focused on cross-border entertainment deals, and she’s served as counsel for a major producer and financier of films in Hollywood and China. Hogan Lovells’ desire to expand its entertainment finance offerings appealed to Rosenberg.
