The 350-lawyer New York-based litigation powerhouse is going after four of the country's largest chemical companies for allegedly failing to inform the EPA of serious health injuries caused by a common chemical. As the relator, the firm could--at least in theory--be entitled to as much as 30 percent of the recovery, or $27 billion dollars. They just have to win.
