Anthony Romano, a longtime partner at Polsinelli and vice chair of the firm’s labor and employment group, has left its office in Kansas City, Missouri, for Littler Mendelson.
The move to Littler, which became official on Aug. 8, came after Romano spent the last 29 years at Polsinelli, a Kansas City-based firm that has been on a rapid expansion kick in recent years. In early 2015, Littler publicly incurred Polsinelli’s wrath after opening an office in Kansas City.
