Schulte Roth & Zabel has hired a pair of finance partners from Paul Hastings in Michael Michetti and Joel Simon.
Michetti, who specializes in handling leveraged financings on various types of transactions, joined Paul Hastings in 2011 from Cahill Gordon & Reindel. He advises investment banking firms and commercial banks, according to his biography page on Schulte Roth’s website.
