Many say that the millennial generation is going to change the world. And we’re beginning to see a push for that change in the legal profession as these new lawyers try to move the system that firms have embraced for hundreds of years into something new and different.
The exodus from Big Law that started with Gen X women now includes millennial women and men (those born between 1980 and 1995) because this future talent pool wants change. If they don’t get it, they will leave.
