Another month, another Am Law 100 firm making moves in Germany.
DLA Piper confirmed this week its hire of a 20-lawyer group in Hamburg from Bird & Bird, leaving only one partner behind at the local outpost of the British firm. The additions nearly double the size of DLA Piper’s Hamburg office from 21 to 41 lawyers. It’s the latest move by the global legal giant, which has been on a German fast track for several years.
