The Boston-based Am Law 100 firm raided McDermott Will & Emery for partners HEATHER SUSSMAN in Boston and ROHAN MASSEY in London, both of whom co-chaired the global privacy and data protection affinity group at their former firm. Sussman and Massey each spent the past 15 years at McDermott, where Massey also headed his now-former firm’s IP, media and technology practice in London.
