After a day-long courthouse negotiation, the bitter business divorce between two founding partners of Napoli Bern Ripka Shkolnik came to an end Thursday, when the parties told Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Eileen Bransten a settlement had been reached.

Two weeks of intense negotiations had preceded the final talks, which began with the parties at 10 a.m. asking Bransten to adjourn for 30 minutes a contempt proceeding Marc Bern had brought against Paul Napoli to allow the parties to work out last-minute details.
