David Rodriguez, another former Dewey & LeBoeuf employee who took the stand last week, resumed testifying Monday in a criminal trial of three former executives at the now-defunct firm. Rodriguez said he reclassified disbursements made to of counsel, departed partners and Steven Davis, chairman of Dewey & LeBoeuf.

Usually when he was improperly reclassifying accounting entries, Rodriguez did so without questioning his supervisor, the 40-year-old, Bronx-born former partner relationship specialist at Dewey & LeBoeuf told a Manhattan jury Monday.
