The list of partners leaving Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman for Winston & Strawn continues to grow this week, with the latter on Monday confirming its hire of Mats Carlston as co-chairman of its global finance practice in addition to five other hires from Pillsbury.
Pillsbury mergers and acquisitions partner David Odrich and senior counsel William Egler will join Winston & Strawn’s finance practice as partners, while counsel Timothy Kober will come aboard as of counsel. Also joining Winston & Strawn from Pillsbury are finance associates Faiz Majidulla and Jeril Philip.
