Four months after opening in Peru, Littler Mendelson’s Latin American arm is heading to Guatemala, even as it lost a large group of lawyers in Atlanta.

Littler, which in late 2013 launched the Littler Global network under a Swiss verein structure by absorbing two firms in Colombia and Costa Rica, while subsequently picking up Puerto Rico’s Schuster Aguilo, saw its Costa Rican arm BDS Asesores hire labor and employment lawyer RANDOLF CASTELLANOS in Guatemala City, where he was a founding partner of local firms Castellanos, Estrada & Associates and Castellanos & Associates.
