A little more than a month after Bingham McCutchen and Edwards Wildman Palmer met their end, former partners from the two now-defunct Am Law 100 firms are still finding new homes.
Vedder Price, which recently hired Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton finance and transactions partner RICHARD PUGH JR. and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan litigation partner LISA SIMONETTI in Los Angeles, also brought on Bingham McCutchen transactional finance partner AARON BORDEN in New York. Borden was elected to Bingham McCutchen’s partnership in December 2013, a year before the bulk of the firm was absorbed into Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.
