Littler Mendelson is expanding into Maine after scooping up five lawyers from national labor and employment rival Fisher & Phillips.
On Monday, Littler officially announced its hire of Jonathan Shapiro, previously regional managing partner for Fisher & Phillips’ outpost in Portland, Maine, since January 2009. Shapiro is joined at Littler by former Fisher & Phillips partners Melinda Caterine and David Strock, as well as associates Peter Herzog and Shiloh Theberge.
