A prominent Nevada firm that helped mold the Silver State’s legal services industry officially dissolved Monday as 18 lawyers switched over to Fennemore Craig.
Lionel Sawyer & Collins was formed in 1947 by former Nevada Gov. Grant Sawyer and Samuel Lionel, the latter one of 12 partners joining Fennemore Craig, a Phoenix-based Am Law 200 firm keen on expanding in the Southwest.
