Bingham McCutchen has supported The Honorable Tina Brozman Foundation, a nonprofit named in honor of a former bankruptcy partner at the firm who died of ovarian cancer at 54, since its inception in 2008. And while Bingham McCutchen itself appears to have avoided bankruptcy, the foundation expects to remain unaffected by the deal struck last week between the firm and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.

The deal struck a week ago between Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and 750 former Bingham McCutchen lawyers and staffers may mark the demise of the 123-year-old, Boston-based firm, but it won’t put an end to The Honorable Tina Brozman Foundation.
The nonprofit, also known as Tina’s Wish and established in 2008 in honor of Tina Brozman, a former chief judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan and one-time leader of Bingham McCutchen’s financial restructuring group, is just gaining momentum.
