Goodwin Procter, Hogan Lovells and Willkie Farr & Gallagher grabbed roles this week on a $2.29 billion initial public offering for Paramount Group, the largest-ever public listing for a real estate investment trust. A securities filing shows that the float, which values Paramount at roughly $4.51 billion, generated $12.8 million in legal fees and expenses.

Gilbert Menna, chair of Goodwin Procter’s real estate capital markets group and cochair of its REITs practice, is leading a team from the firm advising New York-based Paramount that includes REIT capital markets partner Daniel Adams and tax partners H. Neal Sandford and Eric Willenbacher.
