Dentons has picked up two partners for its newly created office in Morocco, helping the firm to expand its presence in North Africa.
The firm on Tuesday announced the hires of Patrick Larrivé as a managing partner and Christophe Simonnet as an M&A partner, both of whom arrive from Paris-based firm UGGC Avocats’ offices in Morocco, where they also served as partners. Dentons is also bringing aboard a team of four associates from UGGC, one of whom will become a counsel, as well as a Dentons associate.
