Former Canadian Broadcasting Corporation radio host Jian Ghomeshi filed a $55 million lawsuit against his employer late Monday after he was dismissed over allegations of sexual misconduct.
Dentons Canada is representing Ghomeshi in the suit, in which he alleges general and punitive damages for breach of confidence and bad faith, among other things. The suit comes in response to Ghomeshi’s dismissal from the public broadcasting company on Sunday.
