SAN FRANCISCO — Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher represented digital marketing company Conversant Inc. in its $2.3 billion sale to Alliance Data Systems Corp., the firm announced Thursday. According to terms of the deal, Plano, Texas-based Alliance Data Systems will buy all outstanding stock of Conversant at $35 per share.
San Francisco-based partner Stewart McDowell led the Gibson Dunn team, which included associate Emily Lieberman and Palo Alto-based associates Christina Greenberg, Daniel Mandel and Arsineh Ananian. Los Angeles-based partners Paul Issler, Dora Arash and Sean Feller and associates Kensie Kim and Phil Kenny also worked on the deal, along with attorneys in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.
