Prosperoware has acquired LegalOasis’ software products and customer list, Prosperoware announced today.
Bala Cynwyd, Pa.-based Prosperoware provides legal process management, information governance and remote access software for Hewlett-Packard Co.’s WorkSite data management system and Microsoft Corp.’s SharePoint content and collaboration software. The company’s products include the information governance platform Milan; Ascera, which helps connect Worksite and SharePoint; remote access product Zone; and Umbria, a legal project management platform gaining steam after Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld licensed it in July, as previously reported.
