Dropbox is but one of the high-profile emerging companies that turns to Fenwick & West for general corporate work. So do Uber, and Cloudera, and GoPro, and WhatsApp, companies disrupting markets, raising massive rounds of VC funding, getting acquired in record-busting deals or eyeing public offerings all in the past year.
But Dropbox general counsel Ramsey Homsany says you wouldn’t know it to look at the high-touch service Fenwick provides. The firm represented Dropbox in a flurry of six announced acquisitions, including Mailbox, an email app that Dropbox bought before it was even released, and Endorse, a mobile coupon startup.
