Thomas Comer, a partner with Lomurro Davison Eastman & Munoz in Freehold, N.J., has been installed as the 53rd President of the New Jersey Association for Justice. Comer was sworn in on June 20 at the annual NJAJ Installation Dinner at The Ocean Place Resort in Long Branch, along with other officers of the organization. Comer succeeds Francisco Rodriguez, of Englewood Cliffs, N.J., as president of NJAJ and will serve a one-year term. Connell Foley Runs for Children’s Charity


Connell Foley was a proud participant in the seventh annual Battle of the Business Run, held on June 30 at The Green at Florham Park, home of the New York Jets training facility. Proceeds from the event benefitted The Children’s Institute, which for more than 50 years has been supporting children, adolescents and young adults with autism and related disabilities. A group of 11 Connell Foley attorneys and summer associates ran/walked in the race.
