    Luckily, we had a successful closing w/MHS this past week; only a slight delay. Hopefully, no innocent folks lost money. Who can you trust if you cannot trust the Closing Attorney? Outrageous that he can spend so much on HIMSELF, and not think he could get caught....another "poncie scheme" gone bad!

    That‘s what title insurance is for in the 1st place. Its just not another fee for the lawyers to keep. Now Fidelity can try to screw over all those unlucky clients that had their deposits taken or mortgages not paid into submission. They didn‘t buy the company out of the kindest of their hearts. It gives them the standing to start the bullying process. Good luck with that partnership.
