OCA Considering Rule to Recognize Tribal Judgments

The general idea is to have the Indian judgments, where appropriate, accepted by New York courts as they now recognize judgments rendered by courts of other sovereign nations, the chairman of the Advisory Committee on Civil Practice said in a recent interview.
