A leading attorney in the mergers and acquisitions and the private equity field has moved his practice from a 300-plus attorney international law firm to a Stamford firm with 11 lawyers.
John Capetta had started his career at Kelley Drye & Warren, working his way up to the role as chair of the firm’s Private Equity Practice Group. Now he’s shifting to Martin LLP in Stamford, where he will lead that firm’s Private Practice Equity Group.
