Todd Hamblet has joined Uber Technologies Inc. as senior corporate counsel. Hamblet comes from the Redwood Shores office of Covington & Burling, where he was a special counsel advising on capital market transactions.
Robyn Polashuk has joined Covington & Burling as a partner in its Redwood Shores office. Polashuk, who comes from Greenberg Traurig’s Los Angeles office, said she’ll continue to spend most of her time in L.A. to stay in touch with her digital media industry clients. She represents cable and television networks in licensing and distribution deals and advises on digital rights management issues. She was a senior counsel at The Walt Disney Co. earlier in her career. See story online.
