The Philadelphia Traffic Court trial, which endured for nearly two months, concluded with jurors finding four of the traffic court judges guilty of perjury and giving false statements, but not guilty of charges related to ticket-fixing.

After roughly two days of deliberation, the jury returned its verdict at noon Wednesday in U.S. District Judge Lawrence F. Stengel of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania’s packed courtroom. Traffic court Judge Michael J. Sullivan, Chester County Magisterial District Judge Mark A. Bruno and Chinatown businessman Robert Moy were found not guilty of all charges against them, which included counts of fraud and conspiracy.
