It’s a sweet move for Scott Blickenstaff. According to the Idaho Business Review, the Boise-based lawyer has been hired as the new general counsel and secretary for The Amalgamated Sugar Company and Snake River Sugar Company. The hiring is effective July 16.
According to his LinkedIn account, Blickenstaff specializes in secured financings and restructurings, project development, finance and construction, and public-private joint ventures. His transactional experience includes secured debt, equity and real property financings, leasing and acquisitions, corporate governance, intellectual property licensing and governmental contracting.
