Jennifer Carlson and Nina Flax have relocated to Mayer Brown‘s Palo Alto office. The corporate partners, who had been in the firm’s Chicago office, will establish a corporate securities practice for the 27-attorney office. See story online.
David Friedman has joined San Francisco’s Pennington Lawson as counsel. Friedman specializes in complex commercial litigation, including trade secret disputes, merger-related actions, securities litigation and professional liability litigation, and was previously counsel at Latham & Watkins.
