SAN FRANCISCO — Mayer Brown has brought over two Chicago-based partners to its Palo Alto office to establish a corporate securities practice for Silicon Valley, the firm announced Tuesday.
Partners Jennifer Carlson and Nina Flax join the 27-attorney office. Both have years of experience in representing companies, investors, underwriters, and buyers and sellers in financial and capital markets transactions.
