    It is often hard to decide, what a woman considers important in her professional life. Women tend to be quiet on issues they dislike, and in many cases getting them to like legal procedures is tough. But other forms of revolt to make her voice heard must be feasible. And no woman should refrain from taking legal steps when a career need arises.     So, it is always better that these women share their experiences through blogs and articles, which will make the world aware of what they are facing at the workplace.

    Can you imagine a listicle entitled: "Ten Ways You Must Behave in the Courtroom to Win a Jury Verdict for Your Client." What kind of jury? Where? In front of which judge? What kind of client? What kind of litigation?

    Likewise, I think that following the last revised "Negotiating Rules for Women" would be less helpful than, first, gaining good intelligence about the goals, values, personal attributes, and negotiating history of the person(s) with whom you‘ll be negotiating. And when you know that, you can more wisely plan your proposal / pitch / conversation based on what would appeal to *that* person(s).
