Blank Rome (Philadelphia): James Ricchiuti joins the firm’s finance, restructuring and bankruptcy group as of counsel to the New York office and will focus on asset-based and secured lending transactions. Previously, Ricchiuti was vice president and chief legal counsel for Entrepreneur Growth Capital LLC and Credit Cash LLC.
K&L Gates: Caroline Ledoux joins the firm’s corporate-mergers and acquisitions group as partner in the Paris office and will focus on domestic and cross-border transactions. Previously, Ledoux was counsel to Allen & Overy. Additionally, Todd Gibson joins the firm as partner and will work in both the Boston and Pittsburgh offices. He will focus on regulatory compliance matters, investment management services and pooled investment products. Previously, Gibson was counsel to Reed Smith.
