Uber has added Dalene Bramer as employment counsel. Bramer had spent five years at Littler Mendelson. Before embarking on a legal career and attending the University of San Francisco School of Law, she spent nearly a decade as a dancer with the San Francisco Ballet.
Bloom Energy has brought on former Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati associate Matthew Sieving as associate counsel for project finance. At Wilson Sonsini, where he spent five years, Sieving focused on project development and corporate finance in the energy and clean tech space. In 2012, he completed a secondment with the company.
