MemorialCare Health System, a not-for-profit health delivery system with more than 200 sites, such as the Miller Children’s Hospital in Long Beach, Calif., has announced the appointment of Terri Cammarano as its general counsel.
“With her impressive background in health care transactions ranging from traditional mergers and acquisitions to affiliations and joint ventures, Terri has counseled health care clients on a wide range of regulatory, operational, governance, technology, finance, contracting and other complex legal matters,” said Barry Arbuckle, president and CEO of the company, in a statement.
