A Squire Sanders Shanghai partner has left to join Chinese law firm Concord & Partners.
Ni Xudong, who will join Concord’s Shanghai office, advises on both inbound and outbound investments in China, with an emphasis on the banking and finance and aviation sectors. His departure comes just as Squire Sanders is set to merge June 1 with Washington, D.C.’s Patton Boggs.
