• Outdoor advertising company Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings named Craig Gangi as executive vice president and general counsel for its business in the U.S. and Canada. He joins Clear Channel Outdoor from Omnicom Group, where he was general counsel of Omnicom Media Group.
• Robert Kafin, an environmental partner at Proskauer Rose and the firm’s former chief operating partner and general counsel, has been elected as chair of the Times Square Alliance. The alliance provides neighborhood services and promotes local businesses, encourages economic development and helps to coordinate major events in Times Square.
