Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman has added Clark Thiel as a partner in the firm’s litigation section in San Francisco. As a licensed contractor and architect, Thiel has been involved in all phases of the design and construction of residential and commercial projects. He developed an expertise in copyright, trademark and trade secret issues specific to the construction industry as a partner at Jones Day.
Retired Santa Clara County Judge Kevin McKenney has joined the panel of JAMS Silicon Valley Resolution Center. He will serve as an arbitrator, mediator and special master in construction defect, employment, family law, insurance, intellectual property, personal injury/torts, professional liability and real property.
