Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld: Joseph Boryshansky rejoins the firm in the white-collar defense and government investigations practice as partner in the New York office and will focus on U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement and regulatory matters, plus complex commercial litigation. Previously, Boryshansky was senior trial counsel in the Enforcement Division at the SEC.
Arnold & Porter (Washington): David Huebner joins the firm’s international arbitration, public international law, and national security practices as partner in the Los Angles office and will focus on international commercial arbitration, trade and investments with an emphasis on intellectual property-intensive industries. Previously, Huebner served as the U.S. ambassador to New Zealand and Samoa.
