The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit this week will hear a dispute between the lawyers for a whistleblower and Kellogg Brown & Root Services Inc. over a judge’s order compelling the company to disclose certain documents.

Lawyers for whistleblower Harry Barko will argue on Wednesday that KBR must reveal 89 documents related to the False Claims Act suit he brought against the company. Citing attorney-client privilege, KBR is fighting the disclosure of the documents.
