Seth Cohen will join Withers Bergman as a partner in the New Haven office. Cohen has experience representing clients in tax controversies, including tax examinations and appeals, criminal tax matters, tax litigation and voluntary disclosure agreements. He also has experience in tax collection defense, including collection administrative appeals, installment agreements and offers in compromise.
Gregory Podolak has been named a partner with Saxe Doernberger & Vita in Hamden. His practice focuses on insurance recovery and he litigates in state and federal courts on behalf of policyholders in all lines of insurance coverage.
