>> Patrick Oot has joined Shook, Hardy & Bacon, as a partner in its Washington, D.C., office. He joined the firm’s general litigation and business services division, and heads its e-compliance and digital investigations. He served as senior special counsel for electronic discovery in the Office of the General Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Oot will continue to serve as general counsel of The Electronic Discovery Institute.
