Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher (Los Angeles): Caitlin Halligan joins the firm’s appellate group as partner in the New York office and will focus on appellate litigation. Previously, Halligan was general counsel to the New York County, N.Y., district attorney’s office.
Jackson Walker (Dallas): Drew Darby joins the firm’s real estate and energy practices as of counsel and will work with the firm’s Austin and San Angelo, Texas, offices. He will focus on issues related to real estate, energy, water law and commercial transactions. Previously, Darby was a partner at his own Darby Law Firm.
