Devang Shah, general counsel of Zynga Inc., joined the social gaming company in 2010 and moved to the top legal spot late last year. In recent months, the San Francisco–based company has been betting on a turnaround, bringing on a new CEO and reorganizing the business. Before Zynga, the UC–Berkeley Law grad was in-house at UTStarcom and started his legal career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
