Goldberg Lowenstein & Weatherwax has added Carolyn Bostick and Jennifer Schwartz as of counsel in the Palo Alto office. Bostick served as general counsel of Energy Recovery and Trend Micro. She joins from her private practice and will chair GLW’s corporate transactions practice group. Focusing her practice on employment and criminal defense law, Schwartz, who served as an assistant attorney general for the Republic of Palau, will join the firm’s employment practice group and government investigations and white-collar defense group.
