President Barack Obama nominated three lawyers to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Thursday, including a partner at Fish & Richardson in Delaware and a Senate Judiciary Committee counsel for privacy and information policy.

Obama picked Thomas Halkowski, a partner in the Wilmington office of Fish & Richardson, where he primarily handles federal patent litigation. Halkowski, a Fish & Richardson partner since 2000, previously served as a trial attorney in the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the U.S. Department of Justice for eight years.
