    Even at discounted rates they were overpaid as the "report" is worthless. They confirm no video or audio taping of interviewees were taken nor was a stenographer present. The interviewees were also not put under oath. So, we will not know what questions were asked nor what response was given. Their report is merely an impresssion of what was said.
