SAN FRANCISCO — A federal judge has refused to let a disgruntled entrepreneur go after a raft of Silicon Valley companies and investors with allegations they are operating and funding illegal businesses.
In a seven-page order issued Monday, U.S. District Judge Edward Davila of the Northern District of California tossed a suit filed by Think Computer Corp. that ensnared much of the e-commerce industry and several prominent venture capital firms.
