• HAP Investments, a New York-based international real estate investment and development company, has hired Andrea Lawrence as general counsel. Lawrence was previously a real estate partner at LeClairRyan.
• McCarter & English has added as partners Edward Hansen and David Kolodny in the corprorate practice. Kolodny was a partner at Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt, while Hansen was a partner at Baker & McKenzie, where he was co-chair of its North America sourcing practice.
