Hogan Lovells: Adam Golden joins the firm’s corporate practice as partner in the New York office and will focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, intellectual property licenses, joint ventures and other corporate transactions. Previously, Golden was a partner at Kaye Scholer. Additionally, Michael Maddigan joins the litigation and arbitration practice as partner in the Los Angeles office and will focus on health care litigation. Previously, Maddigan was a partner at O’Melveny & Myers.
